How does the trial work?
Create your account, add some occasions to your calendar and we'll give you a month's worth of cards completely free. Use them right away or carry them over into the future it's up to you. 🙌
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver our cards in the UK, but are working hard behind to scenes to bring Wuzci to the rest of the world as soon as possible 🌍
When do I get my cards?
To make sure all your occasions are covered for the month ahead; your cards are posted 3 days before the end of the current month 🗓 (depending on bank holidays).
What if I don't use all my cards?
We understand that some months are much busier than others. That's why we let you carry over as many cards as you like 👍 Don't have any occasions in July and August but lots in September? You'll be covered!
Can I change my plan?
Need 8 cards one hectic month but usually only need 4? That's fine, you can upgrade and downgrade whenever you need.
How do I cancel?
Whilst we hope you love our service ❤️ we won't ever stand in your way of controlling your subscription. You can cancel anytime straight from your account.
When will my renewal date be?
In order for us to send cards in a timely manner, we've set our global renewal date to 1st of each month.
What if I need more cards?
A busy month? Growing family? Don't worry, you can upgrade & downgrade your plan at any time.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope. No hidden fees whatsoever, what you see is what you pay.
Which payments do you accept?
We accept a wide range of card payments including Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Along with PayPal & Apple Pay.
Is it safe?
Our site runs on the latest technology keeping you secure. All information is transmitted over a secure connection using SHA-256 with RSA Encryption 🔒 No cards details are ever stored with us, but on our payment provider, 'Stripe'; a leading payment provider used by Amazon, ASOS, John Lewis and thousands more businesses around the world.
