Liz Pengilley of Sketchy Hounds is a Designer and Illustrator from Cornwall, UK. Liz graduated from Falmouth University in 2008 in Graphic Design and became a freelance designer shortly after. Since this she has developed a bright and colourful illustrative style with a focus in surface design and illustration. More recently she set up Sketchy Hounds because she loves sketching and illustrating dogs and representing their unique personalities. Lots of her dog illustrations focuses on her own dog called Denzel, who is a Lurcher crossbreed. Denzel's fun and energetic personality is captured in lots of Liz's designs, and she is currently writing a Children's book about him.
